Surely you should remind him of how important it is to maintain good internal controls. It’s in the best interests of the company that an outside auditor doesn’t have to lay a pimp hand down on them. However, if the corruption is deep enough I’m sure the SEC won’t see a problem with anything.

They were always asking for help or to borrow things but were never there when I needed them. So now I don’t have any friends and have got along just fine for the past 10 yrs that way. Good move the best think to do at this time is to break yourself from the fantasy world of retirement. If the currency gets devalued enough retirement wont be possible.
