Does anyone know if the manufacturer of the PowerLock auto anti-theft system is a reputable company?

I called the headquarters and it sounded like two guys working out of their basement. But the president has been on some high profile interviews and is very polished. Does anyone have firsthand experience with this company? What do I have to do to bring a class action lawsuit against a public company that I invested in?

I don’t want to say the company specifically but it is listed on the pink sheets. It kept going down and I kept dumping more and more money into it on positive news from the CEO. However, the CEO failed to live up to his end of the bargain on many different occasions. Eventually the company had a reverse split and know my $2,000 investment is worth about $5.00. What do I have to prove to win the case? Message boards have insisted that the whole company is a scheme! Any advice? [...read more]

Why would small pink sheet company spend money to audit it’s financials?

it’s not even required to release unaudited figures let alone audited numbers so why would they? Is it because they want to upgrade to an exchange, increase faith, or some other ulterior motive? I own shares of a company thats wants this, so can i ascertain that this company is no scam and is very honest to go above and beyond? [...read more]
